What you eat is what you are. Although this page name is diet, but there is no way to "diet". People always ask, "hey, you're on diet huh".
I'm like, "NO! it's a lifestyle man." Yeah you can eat whatever you want, but just don't come and regret later.

Just give what our body needs and that's it. The craving part is just a temptation from your mind, keep your mind strong, your strongest muscle in your body should be your mind.
Don't give up for something you want in the future for something you want the most now.
