Guys girls, you don't grow in the gym, you grow outside the gym.
Rest, there are 2 types of rest.

Rest interval between sets in the gym.
Rest interval between workout in a week.

One thing, you gotta sleep enough, give yourself at least 6hours + of uninterrupted sleep. Growth hormone and testosterone release at peak after 3-4 hours after you slept during your deep sleep. If you ain't resting, you ain't growing.
